•The Industrialist who truly embodied Make In India for India and the World, decades before the adage got coined! The Tata group turnover went up 30X under his leadership!

•The Man with a Heart of Gold! A Silent Philanthropist and an avid Animal Lover!

When I was trying to find the folder with his pics to upload here, I couldn’t find it. It was hidden sneakingly in the section ‘no date’ That’s what RNT sir is … Immortal… No Date… !

I had been exchanging mails with him for the last 8 years. A simple search of his simple 3 lettered office email id in my mail box, throws up 91 Conversations! The last one I just wrote to him!

When he had won the WAF Award back in 2016, I wrote to him the congratulatory note and our detailed Awards Process with trembling hands! To my most delightful surprise, he responded with 4 paras and each began with … Thank you or I really appreciate or I’m full of gratitude and so forth…

He was truly a nation builder! Tata Trusts, Tata Group, Tata Motors – JLR, TCS going public, Tata Steel – Corus, Startups, CSR, Animals ….

The way he stood by his teams at Taj, post 26/11 is truly truly inspiring

Legends like Him are seldom born! My only grudge …. My last mail to Him shall be unresponded  … First time!

May God bless his Soul! RIP RNT Sir ! Still difficult to fathom I’m writing this … !

The World pays homage to this Legend who took The House of Tatas from a Legacy to a Global Conglomerate!
