Had a wonderful experience when we bought Nexon from this showroom. Ayush is the best person and he helped me a lot throughout the process. Kuldeep (Manager) was very supportive too. Good place to visit for buying Tata cars. Staff is helpful when asked, not proactive like other showrooms. This showroom entry is not found for 1st time customer visit. Receptionist are very inactive and not guiding customers, you have to find on your own. No one at entry to help you. People just move you to other employee at the showroom. No water tea served actively, only when customer asks. They should work on customer service at their showroom. Enough parking available.

I have purchase Tata product punch from Gurgaon Zedex showroom sohna road which was awesome. From the starting of booking to end of delivery the process of very satisfactory and smooth The salesperson was very helpfool in detail wise explaination of features. Amarjeet sir was very salesperson from starting to end of delivery. We have cutted cake and celebrated with big cloth. We had a very smooth process.
