I booked Toyota Hyryder from IJM Toyota Sohna Road when it was recently launched. Though we could not get the test drive but got to see the car in showroom. Mr. Parbin Bhatt helped us booking our car and complete all the formalities. We got car in September 2023 and since i had to tarvel and had my flight next day so requested him to deliver it on the same day. Mr. Parbin was responsive and managed to deliver the car on same day and luckily it was Janmashtami day. We got the delivery of car and took in written what was pending. Later, everything was settled smoothly. I appreciate IJM Toyota Sohna Road hospitality and customer service. They are doing great work . I would like to mention few names. Firstly, Mr. Parbin who seamlessly handled our booking and delivery. Also, Mr. Deepak who got our accessories done and also guided us well for pending coating. Mr. Mohit for helping us with registration formalities and considering our requests and implementing them. Mr. Devratt and the whole sales team. Mr. Abhinav, Mr. Prince and all other employees are professional and efficient at their work. Once again, my special thanks to Mr. Parbin who got us our car and managed everything end to end.
