Renault Duster - Duster Evolution 1.0 Turbo

By Sagar buddeon Oct 13, 2026

A good car to consider if your budget allows. I would recommend keeping it on your list and comparing it with popular options like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara before making a final decision. Overall, it is a strong option in its segment.

Car ki performance 1 No. hai aur yeh bahut comfortable hai. Isko drive karne mein safar ka pata hi nahi chalta, chahe distance kitna bhi ho. Isko drive karne se doori ka bilkul pata nahi chalta. Overall, driving experience bahut hi smooth, comfortable aur enjoyable hai.

An awesome and modern car with good performance, impressive features, and great specifications at an affordable price. I’ve watched several videos and really liked it. I just feel the price could be a little lower for buyers, and complimentary accessories would be a great addition. Overall, a very promising car.

The overall driving experience and fun to drive feel in the Duster is less compared to others.

By Sudarshan Aon Oct 13, 2026

Driving dynamics is very good and a very refined engine. DCT drives well in city traffic as well. Owning the Duster 1.3 DCT Adventure edition since one week.

Test drove 1.3 Auto top end recently...seems a great overall package.Planning to purchase in Oct Also looked at Seltos top end.One major issue because of which I didn't opt for Seltos For the centre occupant in the rear seat, there is this peculiar bench like feel ,and it would be really uncomfortable on long drives.Duster's rear seat is far better

Duster is fun to drive, handles bad roads well with its solid build and looks better.

By Vikas Parimooon Oct 13, 2026

One of the best cars for driving enthusiasts in its segment. Superb handling and impressive performance make every drive enjoyable. I've covered about 5,000 km in two months, including trips through mountainous roads, and the experience keeps getting better. A few minor technical glitches exist, but they don't overshadow the overall experience. If driving pleasure is your priority, this is a top choice.

I got the Renault Duster 1.3 Evolution variant recently. It's a budget-friendly SUV with all essential features for comfortable driving. The 1.3L turbo petrol engine is reliable, with outstanding performance and pickup. The driving experience is excellent across highways, city roads, and hilly terrain. Mileage is around 8 km/l in heavy traffic, improving after the second service. If you want a capable and powerful SUV, the Duster won't disappoint.

Had an exceptional buying experience. Drove 1600 km in one month, both in the city and on highways. This is the best SUV in the Indian market. Full marks for ride and handling with high-speed stability. You feel secure while driving. AC works well even in 42 degrees Celsius. The only downside is the iPhone charging, which could be better. More updates after my first service.

I suggest you first test drive the Renault Duster 1.3. It's worth considering before making a decision.

By Sahil Hembramon Oct 13, 2026

It's comfortable to drive and easy to control, like a mini Defender. 0 to 100 km in just 8 seconds, precise steering with great high-speed stability, but low-speed city driving feels a bit firm. Generous 212 mm clearance with large 18-inch alloy wheels. Very comfortable and great for off-roading.

After researching and test driving multiple SUVs, I chose the Renault Duster, and I feel satisfied every week. The buying experience was smooth, with a knowledgeable sales team. The car pulls strongly from low revs, and the DCT gearbox is great, especially on highways. Overtaking feels easy. The ride quality is impressive, and the suspension suits Indian roads well. Fuel efficiency is good, making it a recommended SUV for those wanting something different.
