The Innova Crysta lacks modern features, and the driving experience was disappointing. The steering felt heavy when stationary and not very impressive overall. Gear shifts were not smooth. At around ₹33 lakhs, it doesn't justify the price with its interiors and driving pleasure. However, it offers excellent space and comfort.
