My VW Polo went for a simple service for which I was given an estimate of by service advisor Pradeep of ₹16,364 plus an air conditioner repair charge ₹46,793 which had no problem and was working fine. Even the driver Karanjeet who came to pick the car said the AC was working fine when he took the car to the workshop. I would never recommend anyone to risk their car with these people.

Frontier Volkswagen's service levels have hit rock-bottom. Not just that, going by the feedback from other VW car owners who had come to the workshop, the newer models seem to be having far more problems. Please do not go by looks or past reputation. VW cars today are not what they used to be. THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING.

Don't go if you don't have to. I have got my car serviced twice and both times my experience was horrible.
