Hello Everyone I must thank Ford team which responded to me and acted swiftly after my negative feedback (below) for work done on my Ecosport by Tanish Ford Bodyshop at Pace City II Gurgaon. I am glad and really impressed that the Ford team takes personal interest in feedbacks from individual car owners. They made the service advisors (who were not taking my calls or responding to my calls) at Tanish to rectify the errors in their job. Only Ford team can get the work done by errant service shops like Tanish Ford. Kudos Ford Customer Care team!! Horrible experience. One day job took 10 days for Mr. nitin to repair. Still the job is highly unsatisfactory and they took over 38k from the insurance company and 2k from me.

Long turn around time for basic damage service, no updates by service managers on the status of your vehicle.. felt that customers patience levels are really tested and exploited once you deposit your vehicle. The location is quite far off too which means you really need to plan and have confirmed status of your vehicle before undertaking the trip

Ford plzz give adjustable head rear head rest in free style and increase the boot space ,Bhai ye kya mtlb hota hai ki integrated head rest dene Ka ,koi matlb bna rha hai ,or sb cars Mai aata hai Bhai to tum bhi do na ,or ye koi badi deal nhi hai ,or plzz give ur previous handling ,your steering response is not good as you give previous ,your previous handling is surpb plzz give it again ,or plzz low down the price of EcoSport.

I bought a car from this outlet of Ford few months back and my car met with an accident , there service was too fast really I gave my car on Sunday and I got it back on Thursday with everything up to the Mark . I also own a maruti car but this type of service I never got.

Very cunning people. They repaired slight scratch on my bumper and repaired quarter panel. However they charged the insurer for the bumper replacement. They made a bill of 18K while the actual amount would be around 7-8K.

I recently got my Ford Endeavour serviced at Tanish Ford and honestly, the experience was not up to the mark. Basic service items and parts were not available, which caused unnecessary delays. On top of that, the parts that are available have become far more expensive compared to earlier. Another concern is with the service team – it seems most technicians are locally hired and unfortunately, they lack proper training, knowledge, and hands-on practice when it comes to Ford vehicles. This is not what you expect when you bring in a premium SUV like the Endeavour for service. Overall, the service standards have dropped, and as a customer it feels disappointing to see such a reputed brand’s service quality going downhill. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve availability of parts, pricing, and technician training.

Pathetic experience. Service advisor Kapil tried to over quote me when I brought in my car for service. There was a lot of delay in getting the vehicle as well. They just want to bill you to the maximum, and overcharge you for basic stuff like AC servicing. Please beware and check the invoice properly before getting your car serviced here. Location on google maps is incorrect, follow swede auto volvo service center location instead.
