Mercedes Showroom Golf Course Road Gurugram T&T Motors

I had been doing some online research on my next car even before I went out to look at any of them and over and over in multiple forums I read about how Mercedes service is the worst these days. This was surprising and sounded like biased information for obvious reasons. But one visit to the this merc showroom proved all the forums right. It’s not like they’re not polished enough or eager enough or quick enough, but they have the perfect devil may care attitude. GLC in the showroom? Nope! E-class in the showroom? Yes but it’s completely dead and useless. Cause the battery isn’t charging. Way to showcase a product. Either vehicle for demo? Nope! Cherry on top is the guards did not allow my driver to park in the tons of parking space they had right in front of the showroom. Meanwhile BMW offered to park my car for me. Had 2-3 cars EACH at hand for all models and the sales guy introduced me to a technical expert and even a finance guy without me even so much as asking!! Ironically, I’ve left Mercedes very happy to have discovered the arrogance so quickly and probably saved a lot of my time! Good luck to such businesses from the bottom of my heart! They actually seem to believe that people are buying a product and not an experience.

T&T Motors, you have very slow service and very poor management. You kept the car with you for 10 days and then didn't return it to me. Today, on Monday, 6/7/26, I went to pick up the car in the morning. I called you at 9 am. You said, "Sir, come, is the car ready?" You made me wait there the entire day and delivered it at 4:45 pm. You made my entire day. I've never seen such slow service and poor management anywhere else. You guys make mistakes and lie.

Met with Mr. Ashish ji today at the Mercedes showroom. Even though I clearly mentioned that I was only there to explore the C200 and not planning an immediate purchase, he explained everything patiently and treated me with great warmth and professionalism. The overall experience was welcoming and respectful throughout. If you’re someone who may not have the budget right now but simply wants inspiration, motivation, or to experience the brand firsthand, don’t hesitate to visit. You’ll still be treated with genuine hospitality.

Had a great experience here purchasing our GLA 200 car. We were assisted through the entire Process by Mr. Deepak Anand and it has been a very pleasant experience. The showroom experience was also great. Everything end to end was managed well by the staff. MB definitely stands out comparing BMW and Audi. I recommend this showroom! Go for it!

Very disappointing after-sales experience. I have been following up with them regarding an NCB refund that I was assured would be processed by T&T Motors once the RC of my old car was updated. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, there has been no meaningful response or resolution. For a premium dealership, I expected much better communication and customer service after the sale. Unfortunately, the after-sales support has been far below expectations.
