Would like to give this branch 0 star. The most pathetic service ever. The staff is unprofessional, false commitment and customer is not at all imp for them.

The location is incorrect on Google maps. Service not good at all. No staff was ready to respond for the query. Just for a simple signature work they called me for 3 days in Bank. It was just a pending task of 15 mins. Not happy, nobody is ready to work in the bank.

Extremely Poor support. I visited to get my address updated. They said you have to bring your own print out we will not get the print out done here as”we do not have the authority”. While if i would have gone there to open a savings account they would have readily taken out all the print outs of the documents. Oversmart staff! I visited the vijay nagar branch and got the same done. They were kind enough to treat icici bank customer properly.

Today morning at 9.30 I went to collect 250000 rs but could not find it and till 12 only 1.80 lakh was collected. What to do in emergency, please upgrade your services. Staff is good but money is matter. Now at 12.19 pm I got it, thank God.

The worst branch mahalaxmi they always face network issues and just tell you to go to C21 branch. On a auspicious day once their network worked and asked for updating my address, I myself entered the correct address, don't know what they did, it got trimmed Max and updated incorrectly. Careless behaviour and always an excuse on network server issues.
