Unpredictable services. Sometimes it’s really good and other times it’s horrible. EM60 service is just a thing to fool you. Prebooked service on app gets cancelled and they book a new one on there on so you don’t have any option to choose em60 service. Wheel Balacing department is horrible I paid 2000 rs approx for wheel alignment and balancing and after driving 10-15 km all the weights were flying off the alloy wheels and I can say this department is worst one.

Well treated,good service but water wash was denied because it is chargable as Rs900/-, all it's employees are washing there bikes continuously but they don't have permission to wash customer vehicle as a customer delight service,no person to handover the vehicle we have to search and take the vehicle.

It's near sector 14 , ghoda chowk flyover, its a looting machine ... they estimated for my etios liva rs 38,800 for regular services + AC service and suspension with 7-8 thousand of spare parts and rest labour +GST ...Then after confronting they came down to 28,000.... Gov should look into this general loot by these dealers. Better to purchase genuine parts and service done by third party.

I'm not satisfied with this workshop. I left my car on for 10 days, but none of the staff are responsible. Work hasn't started on my car. I've had my car taken to this workshop. My car was in an accident, but there wasn't much damage. A back panel needs to be replaced. I'm calling every day to find out if my car has started working, but the staff keeps saying that the part hasn't arrived yet. It's either Toyota or the staff who are negligent. @toyota #toyota

Kushal Singh, advisor, does not have a clue about the status of payment which has already been shared with him and the car has not been delivered after servicing on the committed time. The management should remember that its reputation is dependant on the swift working and awareness of its representatives. poor experience. The vehicle servicing is yet to be revewied.

Time management is an issue. Better send your driver, rather than coming yourself. The service center is capable technically but not setup for user experience. Biggest issue is that they don’t have a clear lunch time. So someone is always on lunch between 1-4. Can make you wait for no reason.

Worst experience. I have been MGF gurugram customer from last 8 years.. Getting my Innova (UP16-xx-4666) services from them. Last two services I have been complaining noise from front suspension .. they have completely changed the entire suspension in last two services charged more then 50K in each service but still noise issue not resolved.
