very bad service center , for resolvong a minor issue like battery replacement they need 10 days .

They have absolutely no basic ground management, their phone no. On google is not working, if you come here they won’t give you parking space and tell you only cars with appointments will get assistance. So basically, you have to come here, park a km away (because their guard doesn’t care and won’t assist) then if you are lucky you will get an appointment of some other day. Absolutely not worth the time. Better go for other service centres.

Really pathetic service, they give appointments starting 930, but the staff starts showing up only from 10. Pricing is insane and service is down the dumps.

Location could be better for such a premium car.golf course extension rd.is one such option .they send u a gps but do go 30feet ahead of that..technicians did try(to be fair to them) but couldn't fix the problem .they we're polite and accommodating. Terrible service

This is the worst possible workshop across india. Come here if you want to test your patience and are ready to spend on your car for multiple issues that don’t exist until you bring it here. Icing on the cake would be their customer handling skills.

They said they fixed few things but it wasn’t but I couldn’t go immediately in and then they told it is on you and you must damaged it. Pathetic customer service.

Updating my 1 ⭐ review to 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ No space for receiving car at 5:20pm .. executives keep calling to come for the service but are not aware of the challanges service center is in like construction which reduces the bandwidth to hold vehicles. This was my first review which completely changed once I handed over my vehicle to VIKRAM - the guy is super active and listen to every details you mention. He suggests what is right for the vehicle and stands with it . There was a post delivery sensor issue for which the vehicle was picked up and was resolved.The delivery was smooth and vehicle is received by me in perfect condition within timeline. People like Vikram are assets to Jeep.

Very Poor Service Before pickup, we were given an estimate of ₹8,000–₹10,000. After the car reached the service center, the bill suddenly became ₹47,000 and we were asked to pay it, otherwise the car would be returned. After a lot of negotiation, they admitted there was a billing error and revised the bill to ₹28,000—still far higher than the initial estimate. Even after paying and receiving the car, the same issues remain unresolved. On top of that, they barely respond to customer calls. Poor transparency, poor communication, and poor service. Extremely disappointing experience with Jeep Landmark.

Insanely expensive for the level of service provided. You’d be better off getting the car serviced at a local workshop. In fact, our car came back from the service in a less clean condition than when we dropped it off.
