Trip 1: I got my Jeep Compass Limited Plus Diesel 4x2 serviced here. Good experience and timely delivery. No vague charges or services were added. Thanks to Naresh ji for full cooperation and information. Trip 2: I took my car here again for an minor insurance claim, even with limited parts availability, my car was delivered within 7 days as promised. Special callout to Amit Chauhan ji for his support and timely information and delivery.

Very professional and trustworthy service centre for 'Jeep & Fiat'. The staff are courteous and stick on timely delivery as committed. One of the very few service centre that I have been really impressed with - be it genuinity of spare parts, cost & delivery commitment.

Decent place with well mannered staff.However was made to wait for 25 minutes since the specific staff advisor meant for me had gone on a trial drive.Surely this could be handled in a better fashion.

They do whatever you would require from the service , like noise work , they always make sure whatever u tell them they are perfectly bang on it . The condition is you should tell them in advance then only they will satisfy you !

One of the best place. people are very nice and polite , very helpful. especially GM Mr. Jasbeer Singh. he knows how to treat customers. more over they have good technical team who can resolve the issues in JC. i have many issues with New 2021 JC ( Noise issues inside the cockpit and from cosmetics) when ever i approach they take the issues on priority. i request entire service team to maintain the same quality of service approach to the customers. Appreciate once again for there excellent job in handling customers as well as technical issues in JC. Keep it up :)

Quite possibly the best Jeep FCA service center in my opinion. I've availed services at the branches in Bombay & New Delhi but this one in Gurgaon definitely stands out. The forthcoming attitude of the service managers & attention to detail by the technical team stands right by what the Jeep brand aims to uphold. Hats off to the team; a special mention to Mr.Ujjwal, Mr.Ravi, Mr.Satyam & of course, the manager Mr.Jasbeer for leading by example.

Place is good, but needs to display its location more prominently. If looking for a Fiat workshop, write Landmark Jeep and Fiat Workshop. Then you will be able to reach easily. Also, for Fiat repair etc, ask for Mr Negi.

Easy and quick attention to your requirements...staff was professional and courteous...although need to carry something to eat as there is nothing outside or nearby.. tea or coffee is served by the service centre itself..waiting room and toilets are also available ..nice and better service station
