Not resposible staff. The issues in the previous service were not resolved and instead of focusing on those problems , they are only calling for next service (they are not even remembering the problems , I am complaining continously).

Worsd services for ever Staff are not understanding value of your hard earned money. I request if u want to keep your vehicle safe (specially new) dont leave your vehicle at Him Giri. If very old vehicle than it's ok Because staff are not capable to do any kind of service in a new vehicle. Many incident I faced for my new creta. I can say there are not eligible to hold license of authorised service center.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Himgiri Hyundai service centre, Gurugram. Poor service quality, unprofessional staff, false commitments, and zero accountability. The vehicle issues remained unresolved despite spending time and money. For a brand like Hyundai, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Avoid this place! Absolute waste of time and money. The staff is completely untrained and rude. They do nothing but enjoy their prime location benefit. If you want your vehicle to be ruined, go here. You literally have to act like a mechanic yourself to make them understand the issue, and they still won't fix it properly. Go to Safdarjung JMV instead—they are far, far better.
