Harpreet Ford Service Center

Today was one of the worst experience in last 20+ years .though there was lot of bad feedback for Harpreet Ford Service but still I ignore and went for service..they have given my Ford car without cleaning wash and basic check...not sure if they have changed the engine oil or not but not visible any service work which they have done ...i would request not to visit this service center they will simply trap you and would charge the money without any work.

Update 2025-26: From the best to worst in just 1yr. Spares not available, minimum man power. Only few customers are coming here now for service and mostly are now forced to go to Tanish. Very sad state of affairs. Some superb knowledgeable people like Hemant, Harish and advisor like Ashish made it worth coming here but the company has let them down. They can't do anything if spares and support staff is not available. The place had nice and clean lounge for customers and drivers. Good magazines & newspapers but sadly it can't fill the void. I have been regular at the service center for more than 15yrs but need to move on now. 2023: Very well stabilised team and good work done. Issues with workload, fast forward service generally not possible. Still the same quality of good work, no issues till now (for more than 12yrs).

Worst service and pathetic customer care for issue resolution. They remove the car logo, though they accepted the mistake but it’s been 4 months they are not able to arrange the same and continuously dragging it while lying about the parts availability week after week from last 4+ months. Shameful act of customer centricity.
