I am proud owner of Kia Carens from last one year. Real testing of any car dealer is tested when you go with any problem and found to listen lame excuses instead of solutions. Yesterday I called Kia service advisor for some technical issues. I was very upset but get assured for proper solution. Today I visited one of the service centers (frontier Kia). within an hour time work was done above expectations. Staff's behavior was also very good. thank you so much Mr. Shahjad Ali. it's totally different experience with after sales service.

The service is very good. Just pre book the appointment and car will be pickup and drop at door step. Car was clean, smooth and all my issues like clutch, 12V socket, break pads and air filter were resolved. Also i was informed about the 2 year service package which will save me around 20-30%
