Have used their service twice once last year and once now and had dreadful experiences . Not responding to customers is their specialty. Once a car goes to their service station , there is no coming back . They just aren't bothered about schedule , time or inconvenience to the customer. Audi has nothing else in Gurugram.

Visited this service center (close to sector 37 ) in April - though smaller in scale then their service center in Udyog vihar - but the level if customer service is at par as the old service center, and measures to the brand new of 'Audi ' ....did not get to see their 'Guest , waiting area' though, so can't vomment.

This service station is a shame on Audi. If Audi has such authorized service stations then one should rethink before buying an Audi. They could not even locate and rectify the major issues that i had mentioned. Apart from that they did not even do a proper over check of the car and i had to give it for service again and get things done.

I don’t know how the service is done but the customer handling in very very poor. I would have given 0 stars if possible. I would suggest go for service in audi delhi or audi karnal and they will pick up your car and return also on time. But in audi gurgaon response to costumer is worst.
