I paid almost 40k for my Tata harrier car service they changed brake disc plate, break pad still then weird break noise started to appear from very first day of service done. Moreover there was no technician to attend the car when I came to workshop for its fixes and no professionalism worst executive worst management worst technician I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO GET THEIR CAR SERVICED AT THIS SERVICE CENTER YOU WILL ONLY BURN MONEY NOTHING ELSE

This service centre of Tata is the worst I ever came across. Have owned a Tata punch previously never faced such issues but this time with my Tata Tiago they have made it hell. First service was pathetic but we thought maybe it was one time Thing. For Second service we gave our car on May 19th, and soon came to know their driver crashed our new car. After this they made my husband wait for 2 hours at the service centre to get any update or provide a replacement car in the meantime. Their behaviour has been pathetic. First replacement car broke down on road and we had to push it middle of the road and second replacement car, the AC doesn’t work and its condition is pathetic. Never ever go to this service centre for your car service, better to go somewhere else

The servicing team is very good, but the workshop and approach road is very bad. Rooftop is tin shaid and floor is KACHA. Needs immediate attention.

The services here are really pathetic. Neither they do the car service properly nor they clean the car. Just wasting customer’s time and making them run from one place to another. There is no proper customer handling, escalation matrix. The car was serviced on 14th April with no cleaning done from inside. The bill made was for 8000. The car started showing engine fault , TPMS issues, horn issue after the service. I have to visit your service center for the third time in a month which is waste of my time and efforts. You guys clearly dont have any accountability towards customers.
