Average Experience

The delivery experience for the Grand Vitara was smooth, but for the price, I expected a bit more. The build quality isn’t quite up to par, with some rattles inside the cabin. The infotainment system is a bit slow, and the car isn’t as feature-packed as I anticipated. On the plus side, the engine performance and fuel efficiency are definitely its strong points.

Good Car, but Room for Improvement

I’ve been driving the Grand Vitara for a few months now, and overall, it’s a solid car. The performance is impressive, and the interior offers plenty of space. However, the ride quality could use some improvement, particularly for rear passengers. While the build quality is good, it doesn’t quite feel as premium as I had hoped. It’s a reliable SUV, though there’s definitely room for improvement.

I drive a grand vitara strong hybrid and have done 17k in 14 months. I am pleased with it. However, I am not convinced with the cleaning method for the engine bay and underbelly, as the service center just uses compressed air. With roadkill and other junk, water cleaning is necessary. The boot space has a step-like structure for the HV battery, forcing us to use soft bags instead of suitcases.
