I am owner of a new Venue. If you are not concerned about mileage, you can definitely go for the Venue. It is more comfortable with better fit and finish, suspension, and seating comfort. The latest Hyundai steering gives a fresh look and feel for at least 2-3 years ahead. It has smooth steering, better road presence, and strong pickup. My NA 1.2 engine gives me a real-life average of 11-12 in the city and 15-17 on the highway. Hoping after 1-2 services, it will give me 16-18 mileage on the highway and +1 in the city.
