About Hyundai Alcazar

4.2

The Hyundai Alcazar is a three-row midsize SUV that is based on the Hyundai Creta. Its facelift comes packing a heavily revised exterior and interior. With two powerful engine options: a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel, a seating option ranging from 6 seats to 7 seats, and a feature-packed cabin, the Alcazar is now an even better all-rounder.

Currently running a Hyundai Alcazar Diesel Manual. Considering a switch to EVs.

By Abhinavon Jul 21, 2026

The Hyundai Alcazar Petrol Automatic offers a premium feel with its Robust Emerald shade and panoramic sunroof. It returns 9–10 kmpl in Delhi traffic, which is expected for its turbo petrol engine. The proximity sensors and Level 2 ADAS provide excellent situational awareness without causing cabin anxiety.

By Biniton Jul 21, 2026

Hyundai Alcazar is the best choice for those needing a 5 or 7 seater with turbo petrol or diesel. It offers comfort and a premium experience.

By Linto V Antonyon Jul 21, 2026

I use a Diesel Alcazar, top end. 4 years and 80k complete. No issues till date. Gives a very decent mileage on the highways. Even with full load I used to get a mileage of 20kms on Bengaluru Coimbatore highway.

By Vasavya Yagation Jul 21, 2026

Completed 10,000 km on my Alcazar Diesel AT, including a 3,078 km South India road trip. Excellent performance, 14 km/l average, superb comfort, powerful AC, great night visibility, and effortless ghat driving. Reached Mandalpatti (4,050 ft) fully loaded without issues. Reliable, comfortable, and highly recommended for family touring.

By Adarsh Paliwalon Jul 21, 2026

The Hyundai Alcazar is worth considering for its comfort and practicality.

By Saurabhon Jul 21, 2026

I would say to extend your budget a bit and get the Alcazar.

By Dr Sidon Jul 21, 2026

Alcazar is a great choice for a family car with premium interiors and features. It's easy to drive and park in the city. You will love this vehicle and won't feel like owning a taxi.

By Uchiha Madaraon Jul 21, 2026

Go for Alcazar because it is more feature loaded. I believe it looks more beautiful and dignified. Alcazar also is vastly superior in interiors. The third row is always for children, no adult is ever gonna want to sit there.

By Bennyon Jul 21, 2026

The second row in the Alcazar feels like a bench as it's a bit squeezed. But the rest of the vehicle is fine.

A comfortable family SUV with premium features.

I bought the Hyundai Alcazar mainly for my family, and it has been a very comfortable car so far. The cabin feels premium, the seats are supportive, and the panoramic sunroof makes the interior feel more open. For the price, the Alcazar offers a good mix of comfort, features, and road presence.

Great 6-seater SUV for city and highway use

The 6-seater Hyundai Alcazar with captain seats is very comfortable, especially for long drives. The second row feels spacious and the seat comfort is better than many other SUVs in this segment. The third row is useful for kids or short trips, but adults may not find it very comfortable for long journeys.

Feature-loaded, but mileage could be better

The Alcazar has almost all the features I wanted, including ventilated seats, wireless charging, connected car tech, and a premium touchscreen setup. The diesel automatic is smooth and easy to drive in traffic. However, the mileage in city driving is slightly lower than what I expected from a family SUV.

Good Car, But Third Row is Tight

The Hyundai Alcazar 2024 looks stylish and drives well. However, the third-row space is a bit cramped for adults. Still, it’s perfect for kids and the Alcazar boot space is usable even with all rows up. Great for city families.

Great for Long Trips with Family

The Hyundai Alcazar has been our go-to SUV for weekend getaways. The Hyundai 7 seater car setup is super comfortable for my family of six, and the panoramic sunroof adds to the experience. Love the premium interiors and smooth drive.

Stylish and Loaded with Features

The Alcazar new model caught my eye with its fresh design and classy interiors. The large touchscreen, connected features, and sunroof make it feel quite premium. It’s a solid Hyundai 7 seater car for modern families who want style and utility in one package.

Smooth Drive and Great Mileage

I’ve been using the Hyundai Alcazar diesel manual for daily office commutes and occasional highway trips. The drive is smooth, and the Hyundai Alcazar mileage is impressive for a car of this size. Cabin insulation is also top-notch. A great buy if you're looking for a fuel-efficient SUV.

Feature-Packed and Practical

I recently bought the Hyundai Alcazar top model and I’m impressed by the cabin quality and features. The ADAS features and ventilated seats are a big plus. It's a solid choice if you want an SUV that feels modern and safe.

Perfect EV for Commuting

I bought an EV car for my wife. It’s a very good car for us, especially since my daily travel distance is around 80 to 90 km. The car is in good condition.

Diesel Delight

I absolutely love my car! It delivers a smooth and refined driving experience, thanks to its efficient diesel engine. The interior feels truly premium and feature-rich—the attention to detail sets it apart. On the safety front, it covers all the bases—with solid features that bring peace of mind to every drive. And the panoramic sunroof? That’s a dream—light floods the cabin, and every journey feels open and bright—all within a great budget.

Ultimate Value

This is the best 7-seater car and truly a value-for-money variant. It stands out even above the Creta, making it a top choice for Hyundai lovers. The car offers a striking road presence, impressive performance, and a real sense of style and practicality. A perfect blend of comfort, looks, and power — ideal for families seeking space without compromising on performance.

My Views About Alcazar

We already have a Creta at home, but we needed another car, so I went to the dealership and test drove the Hyundai Alcazar. Though I realised that both the cars share the same platform, the Alcazar has its own set of designing elements with a new grille, a skid plate, new headlamps with H-shaped DRLs. Externally it looks solid, and it has a nice ki...
