This dealership has sold me a faulty car whose motor turned out to be faulty within 3 days of purchase which the workshop diagnosed in total of 14 days from the purchase in which meanwhile my car was sent to the workshop twice . No positive response from the dealership and just vague replies. FAULTY CAR, FAULTY SOFTWARE,FAULTY SENSORS , FAULTY DEALERSHIP AS THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE COMPLETE RESOLUTION

I am extremely happy with my experience at the VinFast showroom. The entire team was very professional, supportive, and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this showroom.

I recently visited this showroom with a genuine interest in purchasing a vehicle, but the experience was deeply disappointing. Initial Interaction: I was initially assisted by Harish, who was supportive and helpful. However, the moment a previous customer called for a test drive, I was immediately sidelined. He handed me off to another salesperson so he could leave for the test drive, which felt dismissive. Management Behavior: The interaction with the owner was the most upsetting part. He remained on his phone while I asked questions and treated me with visible arrogance. It was clear from his expressions and tone that he had "pre-judged" me as a non-serious buyer. Lack of Information: When I asked for a price list, I was told they didn't have one and it would be sent via WhatsApp later. When I asked for a car brochure/booklet, I was told "No, I don't have it" in a very rude and ego-driven tone. Verdict: It’s a shame that such a reputable car brand is represented by a team with this level of ego. A customer should feel welcomed, not judged based on their appearance or perceived "seriousness." I will be taking my business elsewhere. A few tips for your next steps: Name the Showroom: If you post this online, make sure to include the specific city and branch name so the brand's corporate office can track the feedback. Contact Corporate: Most major car manufacturers take "Customer Experience" (CX) very seriously. Sending this via their official website often triggers an internal investigation. Don't let it ruin the car for you: If you truly like the car, try a different dealership. You deserve to be treated with respect while spending your hard-earned money.
