I walked into the showroom as a genuine, serious buyer ready to finalize a deal, but sales person - Tanwar toxic attitude completely ruined the experience. This man clearly suffers from the delusion that Maruti cars sell themselves and customers have absolutely zero value.Here is the disgusting treatment I received from him He didn't show the slightest interest in pitching the car. He refused to showcase the models I requested (Brezza Turbo / 1.5L NA) and didn't bother to explain a single feature. When I asked about basic loan options, instead of giving me professional interest rate details, Tanwar launched into a highly offensive interrogation. He recklessly asked me if I had EMI bounces or if I was a loan defaulter. Who gave him the right to pass such disrespectful judgments and insult a walking customer? It was completely humiliating.Lame Excuses & Lies: He denied me a test drive with a pathetic excuse that the cars were in the service centre. He then promised to call me back on Sunday. It has been two days of total radio silence. He simply does not care.Tanwar’s behavior was a masterclass in sheer incompetence and arrogance. He didn't just fail at his job; he actively pushed a buying customer away. Because of Tanwar's pathetic behavior, I am forced to re-think whether I should even buy a Maruti car.
