I had a fantastic experience at Shiva Mahindra Saket. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine professionalism. Mr Puneet , sales person was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through all my options without any pressure. The entire buying process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the transparency and honesty throughout. Mr. Puneet went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. Worst car sales experience ever. I bought my Mahindra 9E 3 weeks ago and I have to say that these guys have made buying a new car completely been the worst experience ever. 1. They harassed us with incessant calls to do the full payment so that it doesn't get to the next month while we were travelling so the road tax doesn't increase. We get the reason, we didn't get the harassment. It was mostly because we were not getting financing from them. 2. The car delivery was delayed even after paying in full. 3 weeks late !! Kept saying Mahindra is getting updates on the car etc. which we get to know wasn't true after talking to Mahindra guys 3. No one ever said that the day of delivery that charger comes with the car. Mahindra sends people to get the charger station fixed in the house (which is also delayed by 2 weeks btw) and when the guy did come to install the charger, this dealer didn't give the charger with the car!! No one even bothered to mention that they were supposed to give it!! Which is horribly disgusting! I'm writing this review while waiting for this dealership to figure to get my charger which they are not able to figure yet and I'm waiting, the guy from Mahindra who installs the charger is also waiting! Horrible service, horrible sales! Worst people here who make up their own stories, do not take any responsibility and keep us in the dark- Amit Nagar, Vandana, Kundan Pandey
