Nissan service is very poor. There is no responsible person available there. After handing over the vehicle, customers have to suffer due to the lack of proper response and accountability. No one takes responsibility for resolving customer issues.

It took my car (magnite 38500km) to have General inspection and car wash 7+ hours (9am-4pm, not including the travel time of 3 hours) I suggest leaving the car and going for a movie. Do not wait. I waited there full duration. Tea was offered around 10 am after that only water bottle. Inspection report details were explained clearly to me regarding parts that got old / needed replacing. Everything was explained well. If you have trouble climbing stairs or going down stairs, there is no handrail (it used to be there now it's not there) and the steps are only a foot long. They have proper service center, couple of car lifts, mechanics having magnetic pouches for their tools, seperate car wash area, seperate car paint area, car parts room, control room etc.
