NEXA (Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad, SG Highway)

My experience with Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad, was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was regarding the alloy wheels. During the booking process, the sales team assured me that they would fit the latest diamond-cut alloy wheels on my Grand Vitara. However, on the day of delivery, they suddenly asked to pay extra for the same alloy wheels. This was never disclosed before the deal was finalized. Only after a lengthy argument did they finally agree to honor their original commitment. The experience became even worse during the alloy wheel fitting. When I visited the service centre, the staff behaved very unprofessionally and with a poor attitude. Instead of fitting the alloy wheels at their own authorized service centre, they simply placed the wheels in my car's boot, gave me a location, and asked me to get them fitted elsewhere. To my surprise, they sent me to a local puncture repair shop for the fitting, even though they have their own service centre. I had also requested that the new alloy wheels be updated in my insurance records, but they completely ignored my request. Before booking, I was treated with respect and was repeatedly encouraged to pay the booking amount quickly. However, once the booking was completed, the attitude of the staff changed completely. What disappointed me the most was the behavior of the senior staff. Instead of listening to customer concerns and resolving the issues professionally, they kept emphasizing their 10 years of experience while showing an arrogant attitude. In my opinion, experience should be reflected through respectful behavior and customer satisfaction, not through attitude. Another disappointing experience was that the staff asked for my phone and wanted to submit a Google review on my behalf before I had the opportunity to share my own honest feedback. Customers should be free to write their own genuine reviews without any pressure or influence. I genuinely cannot recommend Kiran Motors. If you are planning to buy a Maruti Suzuki vehicle, I would strongly suggest considering another dealership where customer commitments are honored and customers are treated with respect. I love my Grand Vitara, but my experience with Kiran Motors was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had.
