Mr Akaash/Akash is very unprofessional. He doesn't respond to calls. He gave me a time a for a test drive and assured me the car would be there(XUV 700). He didn't bother to update me on the situation that he won't be able to arrange a test drive. I request the dealership to take action against this unprincipled behaviour.

Poor service. I had booked a test drive for XUV300 AMT and before visiting the showroom i called the salesperson to confirm if the car is available and i told him i will be arriving in half and hour. He confirmed me the availability of car and when i reached there i was told that car had gone to South delhi for test drive. I had a fairly good experience of purchasing my Mahindra XUV 3xo AX5L AT from Malwa Mahindra. The staff is well trained, they advised me on paper work, got my files ready and assisted very well on demo. Mr. Saurav Kumar was my Consultant and I had great experience with him in my purchase journey. He was kind and offered help at every stage. Even after the purchase he made attempt for follow ups to make sure all went well. Highly recommended!

Good clean showroom. Staff was polite But I had a bad experience of buying my xuv300. Don't want to go into the details but it was really disturbing. Had to make complaint to Mahindra. Mahindra was very prompt in their response. I am impressed. But I won't recommend buying Mahindra cars from this particular showroom.

This Malwa(Harbans motors) is such a fraud. I purchased Oem alloy wheels of my Xuv 700 from here although purchased my car from some other as the particular alloys model was not in stock there & my Xuv model didn't come with alloys. They charged me Rs 60,000 for 4 alloys. I noticed the price of each alloy was Rs 15750 something. The problem here is that they asked me to get it fit from their own known 3rd party tyre shop and called this 3rd party guy to fit them for me at his shop & not through them. Another problem is that they asked me to keep the wheel caps if I want but said that they will keep the Oem black steel rims which was already provided as they said that the are offering me a discounted price & also to keep up with the fitment charges(which was clearly not the case) I asked why you don't fit it in your service centre so they said that they get many of their cars alloys fitment from 3rd party itself because of space issue. And the third party guy took all my OEM black steel rims which will cost you more than 2500 a piece from the showroom. So in total they took my 4 oem steel wheels which will cost you more than Rs 10,000 and also charged Rs 60k for alloys. So in total I paid more than Rs 70k for an item which should have been Rs 63000 Mrp and the discounted price should have been further less atleast to 5-10 percent of the Mrp without taking the Oem steel rims itself. So kindly check the Mrp before purchasing any accessory in the box itself & confirm it with Mahindra and don't get fooled the way I got since we already are paying the full amount. The fitment comes to be there responsibility without giving our Oem steel rims or else they should less the price of oem rims atleast to the half. Hence I do not recommend this showroom.

All 5-star reviews must be paid because they have pathetic service. I purchased Xuv - 300 automatic and broke twice due to a manufacturing Transmission error due to a gear system problem. They didn't deliver my car on time and took a long time and no response for any claim and insurance-related queries as well. No service only sales policy. I wish I could have given zero stars.
