Pathetic service at this service station. We are owners of an XUV 700, gave the car for service and received it worse conditions. They find ways to cheat the customer presuming we don't know anything by swapping good parts with bad parts. Extremely dissatisfied. They don't deserve even one star rating.

Don't Book Mahindra vehicles at all. Pathetic service. This company does not have its own client facing team everything is outsourced. The dealership India Garage collects money but does not fix the issue. Even for parts with manufacturing defects replacement is not provided they take high price says parts are not working taking handsome money but once we take the car from service the issues persist and not a single issue is solved.

Don't Book Mahindra vehicles at all. Pathetic service. This company does not have its own client facing team everything is outsourced. The dealership India Garage collects money but does not fix the issue. Even for parts with manufacturing defects replacement is not provided. I would recommend TaTa. We have our fleet of pickup trucks and a harrier purchased through Prerana Motors Peenya. I never had trouble with them. In fact, you have access to Tata employees in case escalation is required. Tata is any day better considering the build quality and excellent after sales service.
