Sold my Baleno last week. Afroz Pasha was a thorough professional and followed up at every stage. I was convinced that Cars24 would give me the best price but True value beat that price. A simple hasslefree inspection is all that was needed. Cars24 made me sign up a lite package of 600/- but no such process at True value. Only once the amount is credited is the car taken. Always ask for Afroz Pasha who is polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend that a higher bonus is provided since he is an asset to the company. No visit to branch and no tedious paperwork. True value has a new loyal customer.
