Never trust the staffs. Advice to take a written proof with their signature on it of whatever deal you are going to make regarding ( any discounts, insurance policy etc) as they backtrack and act as no such deals occurred. Also the staffs are so rude as if we are buying car from their pocket. Good for them that Google reviews don't have an option for 0 stars or else would have gone for that. Keeping this in mind NOT RECOMMENDED at all to buy a one-time dream car from your hard earned money from here.

Bought Mahindra XEV 9E Pack 2 79Kwh with 11KWh charger. But they registered and provided the bill as Non Charger and so the charging installation never happened. After multiple calls they gave charger and then after soo many calls at the customer care they fitted the charger. You buy a 30Lakh car and they dont have 30 seconds for you. They force you take good reveiws during delivery but dont provide any good service at all Akash the sales guy alloted to us was absolutely useless doesnt pick up calls , cuts our call,acts busier than us and is just plain oversmart. Now we hav found there is no apple Car play installed in the car, ( its bought in oct 2025) and the car wifi doesnt work so now we hav to again find someone senior to go around complaining as Akash is uselss. !!! Avoid Shital Motors ,the other dealer Param should be tried. I guess.

Not satisfied with their after sale service. After purchasing BE6 from Shital motor one tyre of my car got flat. I asked for claim and their advisor Mr Ankit told me that my tyre is sanctioned. I called many times but no response was there. I purchased a new tyre from outside then Mr Ankit ( advisor at Shital motor) told that company will give a credit note of 50%. I said ok, but that is also not received. Now when I scheduled service of my car with Shital motor I asked them to see for cost of few damages on body and give me a quotation along with this free service . So they picked my car on 24th October and advisor Mr Jagdish called me that he will send car to Chandkheda where service will be done and they will give me quotation. But after that I did not received any call from anywhere so On 25 th evening I tried to find out status of my BE6. Then only I came to know that till end of second day nothing was done. I tried calling driver who picked my car and then I got connected wit Chandkheda people who did nothing till then. There was no message or WhatsApp or call ( I checked it cautiously). I told them to send my car back asap as it was hindering my movement. They asked me to contact Mr Jagdish. I told him also to send my car even if service is not done. But I did not get my car even on 26th. So I called mr Jagdish but still there is no call from their side and u don’t know what to do. Pathetic after sales. Also many features of this pack 3 BE 6 are not working and software is not easy to operate. Be careful before you purchase it.
