Worst Experience ever !!! Extremely unprofessional experience at this Mahindra showroom. We came for our new car delivery, but even after waiting for 5+ hours, nothing has been completed. The staff has no time management or coordination, and they keep giving false promises. Management is missing, the manager is not available, and the entire team seems careless towards customers. Such a big brand with this kind of poor service is totally unacceptable. Strongly NOT recommended to anyone considering this showroom. Customer service is very bad.....

We went to get test drive of XUV7X0. 3-4 employees including the receptionist were sitting in the back, they saw us and each of them asking the other to go greet us. Finally the receptionist came after 5 mins to ask the requirement. We asked for test drive, and they said the vehicle is not available for test drive. We saw the XUV7X0 test vehicle outside and asked about it. They said it's going for a scheduled test drive in sometime (On a Saturday) so can't give test drive now. Asked when can we come again for test drive, and they said give your number we will call to schedule it. It's been 4 days and no one has contacted me yet. Very unprofessional behaviour. Had similar experience with the same showroom last year when they denied test drive and never called back to schedule it again. So we went to Sola showroom. But this time Sola didn't have test vehicle (it was in an accident) so didn't have an option. Avoid this branch at all cost.
