My new car delivery experience at India Garage Mahindra was highly disappointing due to poor planning, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling. Despite a confirmed delivery time and paying ₹1 lakh in advance, the car was not prepared when I arrived. After hours of waiting, the vehicle was found dusty and later cleaned in a hurry after escalation, which caused minor scratches. We were also pressured to sign delivery documents while the car was still not delivery-ready. Final handover happened only around 5:30 PM. Accessories were overpriced compared to other Mahindra dealers: Seat covers: ₹11,910 at India Garage vs ₹9,872 at Sireesh Auto Parcel tray installation charged separately, whereas other dealers charge only MRP Loan details were changed at the last minute, and an eligible Tech Mahindra referral discount was not applied. The car itself is excellent, but poor customer handling and delivery management spoiled the experience. I am sharing this review so future customers are aware and do not face the same issues. Please double-check delivery readiness, pricing, and commitments before booking here.

Please Don't Purchase from India gaurage dealer,I have Purchased Mahindra bolero on December 2023. Very Bad service From staff as after the purchase I have been cheated financially and in body building matters.......so all be careful before buying from India garage.

Pathetic experience. 1 year crossed still no deliveries..they show lot of interest while booking..just to show numbers to the top management..later no one responds. Even heard they sell the cars for Rs25 to 50k extra for instant booking
