I had a very disappointing experience with the Mahindra showroom in KR Puram. From the beginning, the communication has been extremely poor. Despite booking the vehicle and following up multiple times, there has been no clear update on delivery timelines. The staff seems unresponsive and lacks accountability. Every time I reached out, I received vague or repetitive answers without any real progress. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially after making a booking and trusting the brand. I expected professionalism and transparency, but unfortunately, this showroom failed to meet even basic expectations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here unless they are ready to deal with delays and lack of proper communication. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

I am writing to write disappointing experience with the sales team in your showroom. We visited to check out Mahindra 3xo, and there has been little to no interest from the sales representative in getting back to us on updates or availability of the car. We have ourselves reached out twice to check and only response came was the colour is not available and we can go the existing available colour. The service and follow up provided by other brand showroom is great as compared to yours. The sales team should be given some training in retaining or gaining customers.
