We visited the showroom on a Sunday. Sidhant was the representative that assisted us. Very patiently and courteously he explained us the features of various models offering test drives also. In these days of rushed sales, he came across as a true professional - courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and not pushy. We were very keen to buy a Lexus Hybrid sedan. However, we were informed that the current model is being phased out and there is no more stock. The next model when launched would be different with the interior and exterior look changing, not to our liking. This is where Lexus Bangalore and Sidhant worked their magic and somehow got us the last piece available in India. The sales and delivery experience was super impressive. Very smooth and professional. True to Japanese perfection, the delivery happened on the promised date and time with nothing left for wanting. While there are other car brands, models and variants in this price bracket, Lexus came out on top thanks to the sales experience and also the knowledgeable comparison put forth by Lexus Bangalore and Sidhant. A memorable and professional experience. And as for the car, we love it. It’s true Japanese quality, experience and perfection. 100/100.

This dealership delivers cars to the south of India. It is a beautiful complex that has some amazing looks. Can be seen at the Richmond Circle standing high, a blue glass building that has the showroom right in its starting floors. Lexus is a Japanese franchise and is quite successful in terms of looks.
