Highly unprofessional attitude form the sales team and the customer care. I gave them my money for Thar Roxx and they forgot to book it. For safety I did an additional online booking myself later. Now the showroom only has 1 booking and continue to tell me status of my online booking. And delivery 1 year later. Instead of admiring their mistake they are saying take your refund cancel your booking, its ok we can't do anything.

Avoid This Fraudulent Showroom I had booked a 3XO top model car well before my wedding and clearly informed the salesman that the car needed to be delivered at least 7 days prior to the wedding. However, the staff at the showroom were extremely casual and unprofessional throughout the process. Despite several follow-ups, arguments with the salesman, and even with the owner, they failed to deliver the car on time. Eventually, after repeated requests, they arranged a car from another showroom and delivered it just 2 days before the wedding. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the car was already registered under someone else's number in the Adrenox app, which links to the vehicle's connected features. After lodging multiple complaints and visiting the showroom repeatedly, I was directed to their service center. There, even the mechanic confirmed that this was an accidental car, previously registered and not new as claimed. Despite all my efforts and visits, the issue remains unresolved and I continue to face the same concern. I strongly warn others--do not trust this fraudulent showroom. They are selling old, accidental cars as brand new after minor repairs. Be very careful before making any purchase from them.
