Extremely disappointing experience. The car delivered was in unacceptable condition for a brand-new vehicle—multiple scratches, rust spots, and even rat droppings in the engine area, indicating poor storage and handling. The spare tyre was old and had three punctures, which appeared to be deliberately concealed. I had already raised a complaint earlier, but the dealership ignored all serious issues. On delivery day (when I saw the car for the first time), I noticed major scratches on the rear bumper and side mirrors. I was also not allowed a third-party PDI, and now I’m facing an incorrect RC address, which the dealership is asking me to fix myself. Overall, poor quality control, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. Buyers should be very cautious
