Not happy with their service yet. New car, just 3 months and lots of hassle. No property PDI, process takes precedence over customer..... Craftsmanship of the car - 2 series GC, is the only thing that I liked till now, other things are just thumbs down.

Worst service experience for bike. No proper appointment system. Makes you wait even though you let them know. Only one handler for bikes. Make sure too keep the whole day free id you're thinking of servicing the bike.
