After my earlier 1-star review, the customer care team reached out to me. A special thanks to Customer Care Manager Soni Ma'am for handling the matter professionally and with dignity. They arranged a home service and resolved the scratch issue on my Kia Syros. I truly appreciate that they accepted the concern and corrected what they could. Thank you, Soni Ma'am, and the team. My initial experience was disappointing despite getting my preferred variant quickly. The finance process was inconvenient, as I was asked to travel 45–50 km just to sign documents even though I already had a pre-approved loan. The showroom also lacked basic customer facilities, the PDI missed scratches on my vehicle, and I was disappointed when I was asked to leave a positive review despite these issues. My buying experience still wasn't great, but I believe good after-sales support also deserves recognition. Thank you again to Soni Ma'am and the customer care team for taking my feedback seriously and resolving the issue.
