Don’t buy any vehicle from this showroom as these guys don’t evn do proper PDI and thr GM Mr Sanjeev has no adequate’s to respect his clients and simultaneously this so called GM won’t even be actioned against if you complaint against the so called GM to BMW customer care . Last not least people like Sanjeev Arora deserves to be more of pion of a dealership rather then being a GM.People seeing this feedback are strongly recommended not to buy any vehicle from BMW infinity (Rajouri Garden).

Bought 330Li from Infinity and the experience was horrible. They screwed the experience at every single level. They took the booking for BMW 330Li M Sports but at the time of delivery they goofed up and said sorry we have luxury line instead of M-Sports, someone at their end has goofed up and shared a wrong chasis number. After waiting for more than 20 days, at the time of delivery they goofed up again, now they don't have basic accessories in place and they have already charged for it. I wouldn’t recommend buying vehicle from Infinity Cars

Not a very big BMW showroom at Ring Road Rajauri Garden. But they have enough and courteous staff to attend you and answer your questions. There are a couple of new BMW cars on display. The big attraction is BMW electric car. The staff extend courtesy to offer you seat and Tea coffee etc.

Misleading Information and Poor Service at BMW Infinity Rajouri, Delhi I recently purchased a BMW 2 series Gran Coupe from BMW Infinity Rajouri, Delhi, guided by their sales executive Mr. Yogesh. However, my experience was marred by misleading information and poor service. Mr. Yogesh assured me that the car was only available in black and white colors, claiming that the Snapper Rocks color I desired was discontinued by BMW India. Trusting his word, I proceeded with the purchase and took delivery of the vehicle. However, a conversation with my brother about potentially buying a M340i led me to contact Bird Automotive Gurgaon. During the inquiry, I casually asked about the availability of the Snapper Rocks color for the 220i, to which their sales executive confirmed its availability, stating that it was never discontinued since the car's launch. This stark contrast in information between BMW Infinity Rajouri and Bird Automotive Gurgaon highlights the lack of transparency and integrity at BMW Infinity. It's disappointing to discover that the color I wanted was indeed available, contrary to what Mr. Yogesh claimed. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of BMW Infinity dealerships nationwide, especially BMW Infinity Rajouri, Delhi. The experience I had reflects poorly on their credibility and customer service standards.
