Price:Porsche has priced the Macan from Rs 88.06 lakh to Rs 1.53 crore (ex-showroom) onwards.Variants:The Porsche Macan is available in three broad variants: Macan, Macan S, and Macan GTS.Seating Capacity:It can seat up to five people.Engine and Transmission:It gets the 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine (from the Turbo variant) that makes 440 PS/550 Nm. The one-lower Macan S gets the same engine, but here, it only makes 380 PS/520 Nm. The base variant of the Macan continues with the 2-litre turbo-petrol engine, which now makes 265 PS/400 Nm. All versions of the Macan come with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission and an all-wheel-drive system.Features:Features on board include a 10.9-inch touchscreen system, connected car tech, up to 21-inch alloy wheels, eight loudspeakers, 3-zone automatic climate control, and 8-way adjustable seats as standard.Safety:Safety features include multiple airbags, ADAS features like park assist, cruise control, and lane departure warning.Rivals:The Porsche Macan locks horns with theJaguar F-PaceandMercedes-AMG GLC 43 Coupe.Macan EV:Porsche is also offering the Macan in an all-electric guise, called theMacan EV.
