Last month I'm purchase a new Tata altroz pure s model car in a one month multiple issue in my car I'm visit 3-4 time in workshop & main issue is rusting in my car but sales & service team not proper response It seems as though the sales team's responsibility ends the moment the car is sold; there is absolutely no response—neither from the GM not the VP or CXM—not even to calls or messages.

Very bad experience with this showroom. And have zero reliability in terms of servicing, and other promises they make. Would recommend other showroom atleast if you have TATA car.

Very bad experience with this showroom ,Non trustable showroom and stakeholders Currently also facing challenge even after continous reminder from last 9 months for RC transfer which we handed over to zedex showroom and no proper response yet on our concern. Even not sure if our old car is with them or they sold it to someone as receiving official challan and notice . It seems some issue with the old car without RC transfer. Commitment for 6 months was done for RC transfer but no one is taking the responsibility for it within showroom.

Worst ever showroom and service. I got the car delivery in Feburary 2026 and right now it's September 2026 and yet I haven't received my car original RC. You keep chasing their representatives and in few months their representative also changes and then you start this process with the new person. Till now I am talking to 3rd person in charge and rediculus management and customer service. I would not even recommend this showroom to my enemies. I never write any reviews but tata zede made sure to harass me to such a level that I have to pen it down.

I recently submitted an online enquiry for the Tata Punch, expecting a professional response, but the subsequent experience has been highly disappointing. Initially, the sales representative displayed highly unprofessional behavior. While I was on another call, they continuously placed call waiting requests and then began calling me directly on WhatsApp. Furthermore, without even understanding my requirements or discussing the vehicle, they immediately started demanding documents for a loan approval. Following this, I received a call from their reception team. I explicitly provided my feedback and clearly informed them that I had already booked a vehicle from another brand. Despite blocking the sales representative on WhatsApp and requesting to be removed from their database, I am still receiving persistent calls from their team. This continuous calling, despite my clear refusal, has crossed the line into harassment. I am writing this review to formally request the management of Zedex Tata Motors, Gurgaon, to stop this immediately. I hope the management takes strict note of this and rectifies their follow-up protocols.
