The staff of this showroom specifically Sushil kumar is a very pathetic person , fake commitments to the customers , & always gives threatening to the persons, when we went to purchase the car & he got to know that we have a school , he asked for the discount , we waived off complete admission fee & gave job to his wife too . In the two days his wife said I will not come to school because my husband get transferred , he lied to his daughter’s school that my showroom & my company transferring me in any other location so refund my daughter’s fee otherwise I put bad ratings & reviews on the the school’s media platform . He did the same , this type of fake persons are working in the reputed showroom, so how we can trust .

Very poor pre sales service, had to follow up a lot and yet not a better response received on options enquired by me repeatedlyand no follow up from them either. Test drive was arranged after a week from the request date. Changing the vendor.

Staff was good, but the space is not up to the mark for the car showroom ..as the showroom is on the road but lacks parking space .. even at the weekend, they don't have a car for a test drive ..only due to space.

Extremely poor pre sales service. No one showed up even after booking a test drive. Called next day said they are all busy in deliveries. Buybfrom somewhere else. Best to avoid

NEVER EVER buy a car from this dealer! They are rude, and cheaters. Did not upload the GST invoice they gave on the GST portal because of which I lost money.

Worst dealership to buy VW cars from. They charge 3k as a cancellation charge and assure you that the loan will not be a problem. Then they say that it won't be possible for them to process the loan. Even after having an ITR of 18lacs!! Worst finance department ever!

First of all after purchasing service centre should take all concern of customer , after TWO YEAR ownership still directed to showroom, 15 days passed CRM doesn’t pick phone even customer care tried to call to CRM NO USE. जैसी कार वैसे लोग @VW authorities take care and make some rules for customer satisfaction also always listening to dealerships is not good long term life
