I recently purchased a car from them on 26 August 2026, and unfortunately, my experience with their marketing, sales, and delivery services has been extremely disappointing. The car was delivered to me with certain parts missing. What is even more concerning is that I had to identify and highlight these missing items myself, as the dealership did not take the initiative to inform me about them. There has also been significant miscommunication regarding the features of the car. At the time of purchase, their team clearly informed me that my particular series came with VW Connect. However, they are now denying what was communicated by their own representatives. This reflects a serious lack of product knowledge, transparency, and accountability. Despite these issues, I have not received a proper apology. Instead, the responsibility seems to be getting shifted onto me, which is highly unprofessional and disappointing. Furthermore, my vehicle registration number has already been allotted, but I have still not received any clear update regarding the status of my RC. Most importantly, this entire experience has resulted in a complete loss of trust in the dealership. When a brand-new vehicle is delivered with missing parts and there are contradictory statements about its features, it naturally raises concerns about whether the vehicle was delivered in the complete and original condition that a customer should reasonably expect. Overall, the experience has been marked by poor communication, lack of transparency, inadequate product knowledge, and an absence of accountability. After spending a significant amount on a new car, I should not have to repeatedly follow up just to establish what was supposed to be included in the vehicle in the first place.
