I recently purchased a Volkswagen car, and while the overall experience was positive, there were some highs and lows. The sales experience was excellent, thanks to Sahil, who explained the process clearly and ensured we received good discounts. However, the delivery experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Since Sahil was occupied with formalities at another store, there was no dedicated person available to assist us properly. The car wasn’t presented in a celebratory manner which felt a bit underwhelming for such a memorable purchase. I appreciate the smooth sales process but hope the dealership improves its delivery experience to make it equally special.

I booked a car virtus in the month of July from this showroom and paid them 11K refundable booking amount. Due to unforeseen events I had to cancel the booking. Now it's been more than 7 months, they haven't fully refunded my money. I tried to connect with VW customer care but no action has been taken infact they are saying you paid cash to our executive and we didn't receive the full cash from him so we are not liable to pay you the balance amount. Be cautious if you are considering to buy a new car from here.
