The service is very bad, the engineers and technicians don't have a minimum level of knowledge, and their experience is very poor. In terms of repairs, they try to cover everything.

These guys charge 20% extra on Zero Depreciation insurance which is illegal... lot of argument to have thus fixed. They are forcing customers to renew insurance from their showroom which double the market cost.

Thank you Pavan - For helping in replacement of my fuel tank pipe in short notice. Part was not available and Pavan brought it from another location. Sachin attended and made it simple and swift in his work. Fuel was leaking and owing other commitments I wanted the vehicle quickly. Thank you Mr. Suyodhana, for your service. I got my first service done here. Also additionally also got ceramic Coating, underbody coating and silencer coating done. The quality i coating is very good. Overall experience of the service excellent. Definitely recommend. Mr. Suyodhana was very cooperative and helped me out with learning about the different functionalities of the car which I was unaware of. Thank you.

The service centre had lost my wiper during service and promised replacement at the time. It has been 4 months and they're not even responding. Usually Mr mustafa and swaraj is responding but now has completely stopped communicating.

This is one of worst service centre I had ever visited. In my first service of vehicle I didn’t say that one of head lamp is not working , I didn’t receive that defect in the inspection. And the same happens in my second service too. Inspection of your vehicle is not don’t correctly Kindly choose other service centre for your vehicle service

Worst service centre. They will say car is ready and make you wait for 2hrs. They won't address any. Rather they will do usual dusting. That is the yearly service

Worst service..!! Had to wait for 30 mins to get attention and another 1 hour to just grab wheel covers for my nissan magnite. Worst part is I just need to buy and not even install them. Also very rude and unprofessional staff. I guess we can’t expect any better since nissan is phasing out of India.!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. The vehicle was not serviced properly, communication was poor, and the promised delivery time was not met. Despite raising concerns, I did not receive a satisfactory response or resolution. The overall customer service was unprofessional, and I felt my time and money were not valued. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service center and hope they improve their service quality and customer support and Specialy that person Mr Maaz was very rude he is not ready to talk, he told me i do not have time to talk my car number (9578)
