When I bought the car from the first service i have in mentioned the problem that i am facing problem is when we hold the break on speed breaker and when we go up hill when we hold break there is a squeaking sound coming from car ihad clearly mentioned in first service they are saying it's common sound but the same thing I had complained in 3 rd service i again asked atleast say which problem it is so that i can done it my self ,then they are saying that this won't comes under warranty and asking 5000 money for replacing the disckpads. And also they are saying it is a low budget car and it's common. As it is a 8lakhs car I dont understand how come it is low budget for them and the vehicle in these 3 years it's reading is 10000 and this is how the management doing of Nissan magnite.

One of the worst experience i have with you giys No coordination no follow up no teamwork amongst the people sitting in the office and drivers I was given 11:30 appointment for the pick up of the car 130 the driver will be coming I am a working women taken permission from office since 11:30 I am sitting at home and nobody is turned up nor anybody called to take the follow up from the customer has a car has been picked up or not discusting Whenever we call this number nobody picks up.Every time a new girls are sitting and attaining phone calls and they don't give hand over to another person the customers had tell the story all over once again Driver is standing at the bus stop and waiting for the bus and he is still not reached reached my place at 1.00 in the afternoon
