There is a shortage of manpower at the service center, forcing customers to wait. Even normal service takes at least 7 hours. No one listens. This is a useless service center.

Extremely disappointed with Vertex Nissan Gurgaon. My money is stuck here and despite multiple follow-ups and even a complaint on Twitter, no one is responding or calling back. They keep saying the issue is 'escalated' but there is zero resolution. Very unprofessional behavior. ​I strongly advise everyone to be careful before booking a car here. I am still waiting for my refund/money update."

I m looking to buy Nissan megnite from this showroom , for that I tried connect to sales executive. But I found very surprislingy that they are not interested to talk.. I called on there given number at 10:32am where a girl name SUMITRA answered the call and said I will arrange the call for u.. after 5 hours I again asked for the sales executive as she gave me the excuse that sir 5 hours se metting is going on... No wonder why nissan is not able to sale its cars in India because they have this kind of people working for them..who don't care about there sales.. Agar car bechane se phele yeh service hai toh car bechane k baad toh yeh call bhi nhi uthangye... I will make recommend to every one ..dont even think to buy nissan car from sector 14 showroom vertex nissa gurugoan ..they dont care about you they just making money nothing else.... And advice for showroom owner hire those who help to sale not there to enjoy free food

🚗 Nissan Car Purchase Experience – Very Disappointing Experience I purchased a Nissan Gravite car on June 24th. My car's RTO is Gurugram. Today is September 30th, but I still haven't received my RC. It's been more than three months, yet I haven't received clear and satisfactory information regarding the RC. Furthermore, my car has been in the workshop for the past 11-15 days due to damage. Despite so many days having passed, I still haven't received my car back after repairs. As a customer, I expected that the registration/RC and after-sales service for my new car would be handled promptly and properly. ❌ Purchased the car on June 24th with cash payment. ❌ RTO: Gurugram ❌ Didn't receive the RC until September 30th. ❌ The car has been in the workshop for 11-15 days. ❌ It hasn't been repaired and delivered yet. I request Nissan management and the relevant dealer to provide me with the exact status of the RC, the registration status, and a clear timeline for the repair/delivery of the car in writing. Waiting for so long after purchasing a new car regarding both the RC and the workshop has been a very frustrating experience.
