Very bad experience of servicing of my polo car, these people speak a lot of lies and maje huge money. There rates are very high as compared to others. The problem still persists. We feel cheated.

My car went for repair and they changed two of my car’s tyres, how I could identify this was because one of the changed tyres were of a different brand itself and the other one had 4 punctures the moment it came back from the workshop.

A pure government office kind of environment.. more people are sitting on desks than customers.. still you have to wait for al least 5-6 hours.. I had to wait for more than 6 hours for my simple car service.. never going to return to this again.. general behaviour of staff is as if they are in a bank or a government office..

Staff behaves likes as they are working in any government organization. No one listen you and resolve the issue. My recommendation is don't buy such a expensive car because their is no after sale service. Staff is really third class
