The speed with which everything was done was great. Mr. Pawan, Ms. Surbhi and Mr. Narendra were very cordial in their dealings and the negotiations. I would only advice that you as the purchaser and reader of this review stay after them in terms of details of the invoice, RC and FASTag. There can be lapses in how detail oriented they are, so ensuring that everything is in place is on you to avoid multiple back and forth. Also, the car had minor scratches in the interior so please make sure you check thoroughly as well.

A Memorable Experience with NEXA Sector 29, Gurugram I recently purchased a Fronx from NEXA, Sector 29 Gurugram, and I wanted to share my fantastic experience -- from booking to delivery. Every staff member was well-behaved, courteous, and supportive, but the real hero of this journey was my Relationship Manager, Mr. Vinay Kumar. Vinay Kumar is truly a man of his word. Not only did he fulfill every promise he made at the beginning, but he went beyond expectations -- and yes, even exceeded them! He completely changed the perception I had from a previous car-buying experience. This time, I purchased the car through the CSD (Canteen Stores Department) route. Although I've had access to this facility for over 30 years, I had always avoided using it, thinking the paperwork would be a major hassle. But Vinay ji made the process incredibly smooth and efficient -- completing all formalities and delivering the car within just 10 days from the day of planning. The NEXA team even went above and beyond to accommodate my small but meaningful requests, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Saturday, we took our delivery of our new Baleno car. From the day of visiting the showroom for selecting cars to the day of delivery, the process was smooth. Sales Person : Mayank is very supportive and they were always in touch for all latest updates. Though there was incident where on day of 1st delivery date we found that our car had small scratches and inventory was 150 days+ old then they acknowledged our demand for other inventory. They gave the latest inventory (just 1 days of ageing from transit). Mayank was very proactive in updating every details and his warm welcoming smile is something which shows his dedication to his profession.
