He is a stupid dealer, he makes fake commitments, his entire staff wasted my 2 months for Tata Sierra and now he is saying that the car is not coming from the company whereas at other dealers the car is ready for delivery.

I recently purchased a Tata Nexon AMT from Sisothiya Motors. While the initial engagement and pricing were competitive, my overall experience during the final stages of the purchase was not fully satisfactory. The sales process began with one representative and was later transitioned to another without clear communication, which led to some discontinuity in commitments. Notably, the ₹10,000 worth of accessories that were part of the initial offer were not provided at the time of delivery, and clarity on the same was lacking. During documentation, I was advised that additional cash may be required to facilitate the registration process due to my tenant status. This amount was requested in cash and without formal acknowledgment, which raised concerns regarding transparency. At the time of delivery, there appeared to be some internal misalignment when a query was raised by the accounts team regarding cash payments. The situation was handled in a somewhat hurried manner, with a focus on completing formalities quickly. While I appreciate the timely vehicle delivery, I believe there is scope for improvement in: * Transparency in financial dealings * Adherence to committed deliverables * Clear and consistent communication across teams * Providing customers adequate time and clarity during final documentation I hope this feedback is taken constructively to enhance the overall customer experience.
