Purchased Harrier XT+ HR26FC5315 for ₹21 lakh from Himgiri Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Sales person Vivek handled delivery. Within months, rust appeared on ALL doors & paint started peeling. Records show Dec 2022 sale/warranty date while vehicle was delivered & insured on 14-01-2023. After repeated complaints, emails, workshop visits & proofs, still no proper solution. Even the team says rust will keep increasing. I have completely lost trust in this vehicle and demand replacement from @TataMotors.

Alert ? Very bad experience with this showroom. At the time of delivery, the tyre cladding was already broken, which is unacceptable. I also paid for seat covers, but they have not been provided yet. It has been a long time now, and no one is responding or taking responsibility. The cladding has still not been changed, and my issue is being completely ignored. Extremely poor customer service and after-sales support. I do not recommend this showroom to anyone.

Nice experience with delivery guys, but fastag team is unskilled, they work blindly and they are unprofessional.
